Test capacity is also a function of test sensitivity. Test capacity and test sensitivity for larger sizes must be defined in further steps.
Test sensitivity for CCIT: 1O µm and larger can be detected for 1 OR and 20R, subject to testing with original products.

Crimp quality:
Crimp quality will affect test performance, due to possible air trapped in the crimp, causing false rejects.
Products must be completely dry on the outside before reaching the tester.
Using the needle valve and flow meter.

TN-S (Neutral! available), other power connections on request
Compressed air connection: :6 - 8 bar

A large screen is used as HMI, a colour touch panel! . The software uses 21 CFR part 11 guidelines. Various communication torpedoes are available for data transfer.
