Bottle rupture control is a non-destructive leak detection system designed for quality control of the production line. Emphasizing ease of operation, the Welco model W6F / T sealing test method can detect weak sealing, coarse leakage, or small holes in bottles in seconds.

The rupture control of the vials is used for the tightness test of closed containers containing at least one liquid component. The container is introduced into a test cavity. The pressure in the area around the container and then inside the test cavity is monitored. Monitoring is performed by a vacuum pressure sensor. The leak is detected by monitoring a pressure change in the area surrounding the container which is due to the evaporation of the liquid leaking from a leak.
