The machine is composed of three main parts
- Automatic stacker: groups the products in the moulder according to the established layout.
- Carton forming machine: it unrolls the carton and transports it to the carton insertion hopper to allow the subsequent introduction of the cartons or bundles inside the carton itself.
- Closing module - taping machine: closes the flaps of the carton by applying scotch tape and then transports it to the outlet.
The working speed depends on the type of product and on the feeding possibilities. It is possible to reach speeds of up to 16 cartons per minute in relation to the layout of the products. The format change is generally carried out in about 20 / 30 min. Complete with revision manuals.
The case packer brand CAM mod. smash compact 1/S, overhauled in 2014, is a machine with alternate movements and has the function of stacking cartons and inserting them into shipping cartons previously taken from the dedicated warehouse, formed and placed in front of the hopper.
