The SM 80/20 modular packaging machine is part of the extensive range of CAM end-of-line machines and is characterised by its special inclined carton loader, which is easy to load and has a large capacity. A semi-automatic monoblock capable of automatically and in a continuous cycle that can be combined with all the packaging lines, grouping the products in boxes, introducing them into shipping cartons previously taken from the warehouse, formed and positioned at the open infeed so as to allow the mobile hopper and the pusher to carry out filling, after which two lateral transport groups, which serve to maintain the correct squaring of the carton, convey the same towards the outlet. The machine stacks products in a parallelepiped shape and inserts the resulting bundles into previously formed shipping cartons. Built with a modular system with a supporting structure, it has an alternating operation. This system allows the machine to work with minimum inconvenience and waste. The case packer consists of: base, product infeed conveyor, forming unit (product stacking section).
