Used Siempharma SISTEMA 2 labeller for cartons

The Print & Check Advanced prints, stores the code and checks up to three surfaces (two sides and top). The conveyor belt system keeps the case perfectly positioned during printing and subsequent checking. A shaft encoder is keyed directly onto the drive, ensuring deformation-free printing. Painted steel support structure with stainless steel panelling and satin finish, with anti-vibration, adjustable support feet. Infeed belt for conditioning incoming products from the line. Illuminated column with 3-colour buzzer for signalling running states. Full polycarbonate accident-prevention protection. System control panel. The labeller is also equipped with Etipack model Original 13 header, Antares Vision system.

The labeller Print & Check model Sistema 2 can integrate labelling modules for "French stamp" or "Italian stamp". Checkweigher and tamper-evident sealing modules allow significant space savings on the packaging lines.
