Automatic system for serialization, monitoring and tracking of pharmaceutical cases. Seidenader's T & T solutions allow the serialization of single items, bundles, cases, cartons and pallets throughout the product packaging process in the pharmaceutical industry. With the secure traceability of each item, the transparency of the entire process provides advanced security for pharmaceuticals and patients. Coding stations, code readers and vision systems integrated in the packaging chain provide data for the aggregation of codes to obtain a complete pedigree of your products. The system is able to interconnect with ERP / MES systems for batch data exchange. Depending on the configuration, the serial numbers can be transmitted (imported) to the Seidenader system or created by the system locally for application on the products.

Coding and control program. The products are examined by cameras. All required parameters are stored in recipes based on the requested product. The aforementioned parameters are available for adjusting printing and checking. The cartons are transported on the conveyor belts, first to the print head to be printed, and later to the camera so they can be examined. If the camera system detects the cartons as waste, they will be conveyed to the waste station.
