Description*
The AVR linear capper is designed for a quick and repeatable change and for maximum ergonomics. The manufacturer designs the machine so that as few pieces of format as possible are needed. We reduce changeover times and increase operational efficiency! Our linear rake capping machine has up to 2 capping stations. Screw caps can be used on our machine. The linear corker is mechanically operated with a control panel integrated under the frame. The bottles are fed in a single lane to the machine, where a bottle divider automatically separates them at the required distance. The dividing unit will not need any exchange part, since the process takes place via the HMI. The selection and feeding devices feed the caps to the capping heads where the caps are applied on the orifices of the bottles. These capping heads can be controlled in pairs using both servo and clutches. Our sorting and feeding devices can be designed so that caps of different sizes can operate on the machine without having to replace them. The machine can also be integrated with an induction welding unit which is normally positioned between a capping station and a twisting station. The height adjustment of the capping and retorquing stations is automatically controlled by the recipe integrated in the HMI.
