Intended use 1st automatic dosing, packaging and weight control of powders in tubular bags simultaneously printed and molded in composite film. Possible filling quantities are 40g-100g and 500g-1000g.

Power supply/compressed air: Power supply: 400V, max. 20A Compressed air: 6bar, max. 500l/min. Package sizes: Flat pouches with a film width of 180 mm (corresponding to about 8 cm width) for 40g-100g filling. Stand-up pouches with a basic format of 130x75 mm (corresponding to a film width of 435 mm) for a filling of 500g-1000g For both formats, the longitudinal and transverse seams must be welded for a width of 5 mm to create a completely airtight pouch. Output speed: Format a: 40g-100g: >=20 bags/min. Format b: 500g-1000g: >10 bags/min. Packaging material: PET/ALU/PE roll composite film (17g/17g/70g per m2).
