Used Romaco Promatic Bipak vertical cartoning machine

The Promatic Bipak vertical case packer is versatile, flexible and reliable. Depending on the production requirements or application, the machine can be operated in continuous or intermittent mode by a simple selection on the control panel. The standard Bipak model is suitable for manual feeding. It can be equipped with a wide range of automatic feeding units to transform it into a fully automatic cartoner capable of producing up to 110 cartons per minute. The automatic product feeding through the continuous motion pick & place unit (speed up to 100 products/minute) is designed to ensure high efficiency in the production of vertical product volumes such as vials and jars. Auxiliary devices, such as product safety systems, are easily adaptable. The Venturi suction unit minimises noise levels in operations such as picking and opening cartons or feeding leaflets/booklets.
