Accessories / Special Features
· Modern CNC control: Data input and set-up mode are effected via operator in direct
dialogue. Programming language is interchangeable from German to English. Data
carrier software allows data input and output via a serial interface.
· Continuous generating gear grinding method: Automatic grinding cycle, including
automatic re-profiling of the grinding wheel on the machine. Shift grinding device: During the grinding process the workpiece is constantly shifted tangentially across the grinding wheel.
· Machine was modernized by BURRI Company approx 10 years ago with an electronic
controlled V-Axis for generating the lead on the worm wheel without any change gears, all
profile modifications can be effected easily, that reduces a lot of idle times !
Built on motorized single diamond disc dressing device SP-DR with some diamond tools.
· Also the A-Axis is DC-motorized to swivel the Workpiece/Helix angle, CNC controlled,
· Built-on hydraulically swivelling sensor for automatic positioning of the grinding wheel in the tooth gap. This saves a lot of time.
· DITTEL Grinding Wheel Balancing Device.
· Hydraulic workpiece clamping with centres and counter centres in the worpiece slide.
· Fully covered working area with oil mist exhaust, two sliding doors…there is no original Coolant device available, we may have a separate Coolant oil separator available.
