Cermex was founded in 1974 in France as a manufacturer of secondary and/or end-of-line packaging machines, such as case packers, palletizers and shrink-wrappers. In 1985 it opened its first subsidiary in the United Kingdom. In 1996 it was integrated into the Sidel company.... In 1999 he opened another branch in the United States. It expanded over the years with the opening of sales and industrial subsidiaries in China, Thailand, India and Mexico. In 2012, it acquired Newtec Case Palletizing to offer a complete range of palletizing solutions to its customers. Cermex is mainly active in the food, beverage, home care and health care markets.
