The machine is suitable for small to medium sized products to be processed at high speeds. It allows different groupings and configurations. The electronic infeed consists of two infeed belts, two pairs of motorised side belts (one horizontal and one vertical), a stacking unit and a transfer unit (pusher). The products arriving from the upstream machine are conveyed towards the stratification station, which separates the product from the incoming flow and stacks it from top to bottom using a mechanical kinematic mechanism. The product is then layered vertically until it reaches the required composition, which is transferred by the feed pusher in front of the loading hopper. The machine pusher transfers the grouping inside the carton, which has previously been put in volume by two suction cup arms that pick it up from the warehouse above. At the end of the loading process, the machine pusher moves to the waiting position, the loading operations described above are repeated and the comb starts the cardboard translation. The reed rake moves the carton by folding the carton flaps and transporting it to the closing station. Then a new carton is picked up and put in volume and at the same time the reed returns to the start position. The machine performs the above cycle automatically.
