Particle inspection machine and cosmetic inspection of pre-filled vials and bottles containing liquid products (clear oily and suspensions). Usually connected to a de-nester and re-nester unit, the unit is configured to be installed in a fully automated line.

The product to be inspected from the feed is taken from a conveyor belt. Subsequently it is transported by a slow rotation conveyor belt in front of the operator. Defective bottles are discarded manually by the operator, those results accepted to the control continue the movement towards the discharge.
