The shrinking tunnel (or shrinking oven) is a system suitable for packaging products with heat-shrinkable film, used in various sectors of activity. The already packaged product is introduced into the... tunnel (automatically or manually), the hot air of the oven restricts the film and makes it adhere completely to the pack. Once sealed, the packs are ejected out of the tunnel. The products to be packaged can be of any shape: round, oval, square, rectangular, high or low. Just set the type of product on the PLC, and the tunnel will be able to pack the shrink film around the product. You can pack both single and multiple products with the shrink tunnel. The belt speed is generally adjustable and adaptable according to the product or production needs.
