Overwrapping machines are machines for packaging single products in a film. Their functioning is like shrinkwrappers, the only difference is that the purpose of the wrapper is not to group... and wrap, but only to wrap a single product. We find this type of machine in many sectors of activity, from the pharmaceutical industry to the cosmetic industry, from the agricultural and food industry to the chemical industry. The most common examples of products packaged by overwrapping machines are: the tea box, the cigarette box or even the perfume box. The products are conveyed on an infeed conveyor belt (automatically after the cartoner, or the operator places them manually on the belt), the pusher inserts the product in the folding and sealing station, the film is wrapped around the product, folded and welded. Once packaged, the product exits along the outfeed conveyor belt.
