The packaging machines are used to pack the product from start to finish, in addition to the main machinery there are also all the complementary equipment and machines certainly no... less important. The feeding systems, orientators, unscramblers and rotating tables serve to make a machine fully automatic, giving the possibility to increase its speed and autonomy. The feeding solutions are numerous and there are also pre-feeders to allow to significantly increase the autonomy of a machine. Among the product control machines we find the inspection machines and metal detectors; whose main purpose is to verify the integrity of the product and the possible presence of particles that could contaminate the product. The laminar flows are used in sterile environments and are positioned above the machine (over a liquid filler for example), passing air through a filter, removing any particles that could damage the product. Checkweighers are used to check the weight of product already packed with very high precision. The checkweighers are added to other control instruments that are always present on the automatic packaging lines and that verify the correct packaging of the product. An example of this are the cameras and level or presence/absence sensors that verify the correct positioning of the product inside its main container.
