this innovative blister machine can produce with pre-cut foils blisters of optimal quality, either in plastic with aluminium or other materials, or in aluminium/aluminium.
the blister manufacturing operations: thermoforming, cold forming, sealing/coding/pre-cutting, and cutting are carried out simply by using three separate devices on the same machine, without the need for any tools or specialised personnel.

the production standard is 4 blisters mm 100x60 for plastic material with aluminium or other material cover and 1 blister for mm 155x80 aluminium-aluminium cycle.

for time and temperature management, the machine is equipped with two timers, two thermoregulators and two pt100 probes, ensuring with these highly technological instruments a perfect temperature to produce high quality blisters.
