The machine takes a stack of stacked cartons and places them on a twin conveyor belt conveyor. The front carton is pulled out of the magazine by suction cups, the cardboard is opened to a rectangle and transferred to a series of side conveyor belts, the folds are folded and the cardboard is positioned. The machine checks if the carton is open and compensates by stopping the lateral straps individually. Finally, the bottom flaps of the box are sealed with adhesive tape and final cut. The side and top of the Superformer are enclosed with a security unit for complete safety and sliding door.
