Used NIRO CC1 tablet coater

lab scale fluid bed dryer/coater/granulator designed for: (a) film coating of pellets; (b) coating of particles larger than 200 microns (pellets, granules, crystals); (c) drying of granules, powder etc. The smaller product container (60mm dia base) can contain approx 100-1000gm pellets (subject to product density) whilst the container when used for powder or granules the product weight can increase to 50-300gms and 100-500gms. A cleanable filter sock assembly is available for when coating/agglomerating powder or granules. Electric heater rating 4.5kw, fan motor 1.1kw 3 x 240/415v 50hz. The product contact surfaces are 316 grade stainless steel. The unit is mounted onto a stainless steel base with storage cabinet and 4 x castors for mobility.
