The machine consists of: label feeding station, labelling station, variable speed conveyor belt, complete and intuitive control panel. The labeller is equipped with safety devices in order to guarantee the safety of the users during the processing phase. The structure rests on practical adjustable feet. Only labels with integrated support paper can be used and no labels with die-cut support paper must be used. The product to be used for the LS 100 are self-adhesive labels in reels of both paper and plastic with a height of 100 mm including backing paper. The labelling header is equipped with: microprocessor controls, electronic speed adjustment, meter counter and label counter on the display, modular construction.

The labelling station with RALLY labelling head has been designed to distribute self-adhesive labels in reels of both paper and plastic with appropriate spacing between one label and another. The practicality and ease of use of the labelling head together with the possibility of positioning it in any way make it indispensable for those who have to use labelling heads.
