- Grade V carbide auger ensures maximum rigidity and virtually eliminates wear. Compared to other traditional system combinations (often phosphor bronze and aluminium bronze), wear is reduced by up to 8 times and overall accuracy is greatly increased.
- Experience in gear cutting and study of worm pressure angles has resulted in faster rotational speeds in the dividers.
- The rotational speed of the worm generates a pressure that forces the oil between the gears, preventing metal-to-metal contact, eliminating gear wear and achieving high rigidity and durability.
