Automatic linear labeller for vials, ampoules.
This machine has been used for 5ml vials with a diameter of 14 mm (output: 170 vials / min).
labelling rate: 600 pieces/ min.

- min/max diameter: 8 - 68 mm
- Height min/max: 40 - 130 mm

Label dimensions:
- Height min/max: 10 - 60 mm
- min/max length: 13 - 100 mm

It is equipped with a Cognex vision system.

The labeller is equipped with a semi-automatic splicing machine. The unit can work both manually and automatically, depending on the preferred working function, which is selected directly from the labeller's control panel.
The purpose of the splicing unit, in manual mode, is to allow better management of the label feed, reducing the time needed to replace the reel.
The purpose of the splicing unit, in automatic mode, is to allow continuous feeding of labels to the labelling machine, avoiding the necessary stop each time a reel is finished and needs to be replaced.
