Automatic coding machine for cartons with input conveyor, track & trace system, domino printer as well as LAETUS coder, incl. spare parts etc. Output: up to 75 FS/min. The machine has the following function:

The operator manually inserts the cartons into the infeed magazine. A robotised infeed unit takes the boxes and places them in the individual cups of the product conveyor chain. Two photocells check whether the barcode is printed. The boxes are then marked with the Domino print heads. If an error occurs when reading a barcode (wrong or missing imprint), the product is sent to the reject.
