The stretch polyethylene film is unwound by two motorized reels, with tension always constant and adjustable as desired. In fact, it is not the product that unwinds the film. Setting of controls and characteristic data is done with operator interface display. Format changeover is simple and quick. High-quality seal in terms of elongation resistance, as well as in terms of surface area. The bundle is kept neatly during sealing operations, and the sealing temperature is constantly controlled by thermo-regulators. A sealant cooling system allows work even at very high speeds. Adjustable film stretching around the package. Main data management (e.g., size, dimensions, and speed) is done through a functional display. All major movements are protected and controlled with indication on the control panel, and the machine is stopped under emergency conditions.
