The bundle is neatly held during sealing operations, and the sealing temperature is constantly controlled by thermo-regulators. A sealing cooling system allows work even at very high speeds. Individual cartons are fed to the machine. When the desired number of cartons are in the hopper, the carton is pushed through the packaging material. The upper sealing bar is lowered and the carton is sealed and cut. The polyethylene film is unwound by two motorised reels, with tension always constant and adjustable as desired. In fact, it is not the product that unwinds the film. The controls and characteristic data are set by means of an operator interface display. Format changeover is simple and fast. All major movements are protected and controlled with the display on the control panel and the machine is stopped in emergency conditions.
