high speed semi automatic product recovery system for blister packed tablets and capsules. The machine is designed to operate nearby to the blister thermoforming machine to eliminate the need to remove the rejected cards out of the production area. The machine recovers product from push through cold form and child resistant blister cards, including tight product blisters or stiffening ribs. The machine can process up to 4,800 cards per hour. The recovered product can therefore be repacked quickly offering a rapid return on investment and reduced cost of waste removal. Tooling changeover requires only 10-15 minutes. The recovered product and the packaging are collected separately. The machine is space efficient requiring only 600mm x 1200mm of floor space. Minimum card size is 120mm x 145mm. The machine is constructed in stainless steel and is fully guarded and can be easily moved by castors.
