· This machine is used for the production of medical screws
and is equipped with automatic workpiece feed by
bowl feeder Model Rübenach with pneumatic swivelling gripper for insertion
of blanks, also with counter support (injector) and with ejector in the workpiece spindle head.
Pneumatic workpiece clamping facility in workpiece spindle head.
The finished parts are ejected and fall into a collector tray
· The tool slides are constructed as longitudinal- and cross slides, the longitudinal slide
determines thread length and the pitch via the lead screw, the cross slide determines the thread depth.
