The machine is equipped with a manual self-maintenance stop. The presence of a body under the welding device or the overload of the introduction group causes the machine to stop automatically in emergency, this is due to the microswitch. The welder is equipped with a Teflon protection and is spring-loaded. The main motorization includes a self-braking motor complete with expanding pulley for speed regulation, a reduction unit with a pulley and fixed diameter with friction clutch, a chain for the transmission of the motion from the gearbox to the camshaft. The placing of the bundle in the welding area is performed by the introducing plate pulled by a chain driven by a self-braking geared motor.
