Used Marchesini ML 652 Filling and Capping monoblock

The ML 652 is a versatile modular design machine for liquid filling. The unit is suitable for handling various types of products and is designed to handle a wide range of containers and closures.

Modularity, easy size changeover and small overall dimensions. The technological solutions adopted, the quality of materials and the ease of use are the elements that guarantee great operational reliability. The ML 652 monoblock is an automatic machine capable of performing three operations simultaneously: a volumetric filling with syringes and two closing stations. The second closing station applies dispensing cap or ferrule depending on the setting.
The unit is complete with No. 3 vibrating cup feeders for screw caps, ferrules and metering caps.
Two sets of syringes are supplied with the machine: one already on board with product dosing from 100 ml to 200 ml, the other from 0-100 ml. The maximum dosage is 300 ml.
In addition, 3 bottle handling sizes are available with the machine: bottle diam. 34 mm, 46 mm, 66 mm.
Currently installed format:
160 ml dosage, bottle height 129 mm, speed 90 pcs/min.
200 ml dosage, bottle height 148 mm, speed 50 pieces/min.
