Used Marchesini MC 820 case packer

Automatic horizontal case packer. Compact, ergonomic, reliable and robust, it is innovative and versatile through the use of robotic solutions that significantly improve performance in terms of speed and flexibility.
All operations are fully automated, performed by brushless motors and controlled by a PC;
The empty box is inserted into the loader, located in an ergonomic position at the front of the machine;
The empty box is picked up and transferred to the opening unit by an arm equipped with suction cups, holding it from above and below, thus ensuring perfect squaring;
Products arriving from the feeding belt are grouped, stacked vertically inside the hopper and finally placed in the case. They can also be supplied pick-and-place with grippers;
Chain conveyors transfer the case to the flap folding and taping area;
Simultaneous adjustment of the depth of the taping units.
