Design, construction, ergonomics, in compliance with cGMP standards. Solid support structure made of painted metal sheets. The machine consists of three working sections: carton grouping, feeding and closing. The balcony technology facilitates accessibility, maintenance and cleaning operations. The replacement of formed parts is facilitated by quick-connect fasteners, requiring minimal tools. Pick & Place for direct transfer of cartons into the hopper. Product transfer into cartons, at the end of the grouping phase, by mechanical control of pusher and hopper. Minimum-maximum load control with machine waiting/stop for lack of cartons and/or cartons. Adhesive tape breakage control with machine stop. Adjustments for carton size changeover in width and height, performed by servomotors controlled directly from the operator panel. Automatic length management with format setting from PC.
