Used Marchesini BA 80 horizontal cartoning machine

BA80 series cartoning machines are horizontal, reciprocating motion machines particularly designed to solve the main problems of cartoning for medium productions. The selection between one product and another to be packed is set by means of the display panel. When the carton filling is done, it is closed by mechanical levers, and if in the tests along its path that carton was found to be correct, it is closed, finally the completed cartons are fed into the line. In contrast, if it had not been found to be correct, the carton will be automatically discarded and ejected.

The cartoning cycle is fully automatic. The main movements of the machine are protected by casing. Built into the push-button panel is an operator panel, function keys and numeric keypad. The machine is designed and built to be included in a continuous-cycle production line. Checks are made on the products being packaged to give maximum assurance of quality packages coming out of the machine. The construction is completely mechanical and requires minimal maintenance facilitated by ample accessibility to all its parts. The machine is complete with a bottle feeding unit. It is also equipped with ARGUS LAETUS control system and pre-folded sheet feeding.
