The cartoning cycle is fully automatic. The main machine movements are protected by guards. Incorporated in the control panel is an operator panel, function keys and numeric keyboard. The machine is designed and built to fit into a continuous production line. Checks are carried out on the products being packed to give maximum certainty of quality packages leaving the machine. The construction is completely mechanical and requires minimal maintenance facilitated by ample accessibility to all its parts. The machine is complete with a feeding unit for cylindrical, oval or even rectangular bottles. It is also equipped with the ARGUS LAETUS control system for carton, leaflet or label control and pre-folded leaflet feeding.

The BA100 series cartoners are horizontal machines with reciprocating motion, particularly designed to solve the main problems of case packing for medium productions. The selection between one product and another to be packed is set via the display panel. Once the carton has been filled, the carton is closed using mechanical levers and, if the carton was found to be correct in the tests carried out along its path, it is closed, then the completed cartons are fed into the line. On the other hand, if it was not found to be correct, the carton is automatically rejected and ejected.
