55 Station rotary tablet press designed for high speed production of a wide range of products. Max output up to 588,000 tablets per hour – Min output 84,000 tablets per hour.

Euro B Type tooling Max depth of fill 17.4mm – Max tablet Dia 15mm – Upper punch entry 1.5mm – 8mm. Max compact force 100 kN (10 Tonnes).

Pre-compression station is fitted as standard on all Rotapress machines (Min / Max Upper Pre-compression Entry – 0mm to 8mm).

Quick release rotary feeders allow for a fast access to upper punches and reduction in general cleaning and change over time.

Rotary feeders are double paddle equipped for optimum performance over a wide range of materials and tabletting speeds.

Centralised lubrication system.

Full electrical safety interlocked guarding with hinged electric and pneumatic panel guards (also connected to turret brake) for operator’s safety and for providing all round access to the lower cabinet. Variable frequency drive.

Hopper capacity 11.5 Litres.

Separate control cabinet with L.C.D. Panel – Mounted on wheels.
