Operating mode
The principle of operation is by spraying the coating solution with a parallel and pressurized air flow that is ideal for covering tablets, pads, granules and other products with film and sugar.
The drying air is blown in the center of the drum by a clean air treatment system and this flow goes in the same direction as the coating solution is sprayed. The drying air flows through the lower part and is extracted from a discharge fan through the perforation and through channels specifically designed for air discharge. A rotating disc valve in the technical area controls the drainage duct while maintaining a constant cross-section of the exhaust air channels.
