Sensitive 250 can handle containers of different shapes on the same machine, ensuring maximum flexibility during production. It is suitable for applying self-adhesive labels on rectangular, oval, elliptical containers and also on round containers (one label only). It can reach a maximum of up to 250 containers / min.

The containers are fed and transported by an independent conveyor belt that is synchronized with the speed of that of the machine. The containers are then conveyed to the label distribution area by a feeding spiral, which allows for proper spacing between the containers to allow labels to be applied. The machine is equipped with a safety system for falling bottles with machine stop and alarm on the control panel. The machine consists of: label feeding station, labeling station, variable speed conveyor belt, complete and intuitive control panel. The labeller is equipped with safety devices in order to guarantee the safety of users during the processing phase. The structure rests on practical adjustable feet.
