The conveyor belt loads the supports with the containers into the machine. After the suction station, the supports are stopped by the first pair of dividers. The nozzles blow sterile air into the containers. The vacuum sucks the dirt particles through the suction tube. Under the filling station, centering positions the containers. The filling nozzles are lowered into the containers and go back during the filling process. The vacuum comes on just before the end of the filling process and draws the product up to the set height. Main stations: blowing, filling with suction, dividing levers. PLC: Siemens Simatic S5. Operator panel: Siemens Simatic OP27.
