Rotary automatic labeling station with one of the most versatile and flexible self-adhesive labels. Electronic programming of display phases and alarms and photocells. Self-adhesive labels are a winning product thanks to their adaptability and advantageous features - they are robust, elastic, and water-resistant. Autocol applies self-adhesive labels to containers with high precision. At the same time, the machine is designed flexibly which can be adjusted for a wide range of container sizes and shapes.

The machine consists of: labeling carousel, bottle holder table, friction coil, central conveyor control. The labeling machine is equipped with safety devices in order to guarantee the safety of users during the machining phase. The structure rests on practical adjustable feet. The self-adhesive label label applicator transmits the film carrying the label to the container through power and feed rollers. A pneumatic inlet circuit ensures continuous engagement of the film carrying the label from the coil. The self-adhesive label is removed and precisely transferred to the container. Labeling of glass, plastic, metal or ceramic with self-adhesive labels is possible with this unit.
