Fully refurbished controls and pumps unit as follows:

Primary Core Upgrade

Original electrical system and wiring completely stripped out and replaced with a new Omron based HMI and PLC control system to compliant standards with technical documentation
The control strategy utilises fully proven software developed within the filling industry over last 15 years


Secondary Pump Drive

Original clutch/brake pump drive system removed and replaced with new drive module fitted with 6 (six) individual Hybrid Step/Servo drive arrangements including the option for future upgrades
