This capper can also be incorporated in a monobloc with a tablet counter. This capper has been designed to insert and seal aluminum caps on rigid containers. Capping heads can be adjusted for a variety of shapes, diameters and heights. The pressure and thread tightness can be easily adjusted. Centering guides mounted in the heads ensure the central position of the bottle before capping to ensure precise and accurate capping.

This capping machine has been designed with an easy operating process. The containers are fed to the machine through a conveyor belt, while the caps are fed continuously by a vibrating cup and slide, which, being allocated in the star wheels, collect the caps simply by passing under the slide. Once the caps have been positioned on the bottles, they are conveyed to the capping station where they are lifted and sealed by means of a rotating sealing head. The closed containers are then transferred to the exit conveyor belt. Simplicity of use, quick format change and compact design characterize the machine.
