Automatic tube filling machine equipped with heated funnel, hopper with agitator and 14 filling heads with bending and sealing grippers. In the processing of metal tubes, the bending and pressing tools are used to weld the tube. The welding of the tube end (in the case of a double or triple bend) is carried out with the bending tools by bending the compressed tube end. An additional fold is made in the additional bending station for saddle bending. In the pressing and stamping station, the fold is compressed and, if necessary, an embossing is applied. The standard fold width is 5 mm. The machine is easy to operate and has excellent access for cleaning and maintenance. Formats currently available for tube diameter 32 mm and tube diameter 39 mm.
