The TFS 15 is a tube-filling machine designed for an output of 30 to 70 tubes per minute and can package practically all products such as toothpaste, glues, milk, pastes and creams from the most diverse branches such as cosmetics, pharmacy, technical-chemical industry and food, in tubes of the dimensions indicated in 3.1. The machine can process metal (cylindrical or conical) and plastic or laminated tubes. The machine speed and thus the output per minute can be continuously adjusted within the specified limits.

Almost all machine movements are mechanically transmitted by the drive shaft via closed cams, roller levers and tie rods. A turntable with central height adjustment (2) transports the pipes in 10 step-by-step pipe carriers to the work stations of modular construction. The working speed is controlled by a step-by-step control mechanism.

The filling device is designed according to the products to be inserted into the tube and largely guarantees air- and bubble-free filling. The closing points of the tubes depend on the tube material. Metal pipes are closed by bending (double, triple or saddle), plastic pipes and laminated material by hot-air welding.

Almost all switching and control elements required for machine operation are located on the fixed main control panel (1).

A simple and practical format modification ensures a very wide use of the holder.
