Output depends on syringe size, dosing volume, viscosity and other characteristics of the filling product
Syringe size range
HYPAK nested syringes from 0.5 ml to 20 ml from all major syringe manufacturers with their nests and trays
Dosage range:
0.2 to 29 ml, depending on the selected pump size; multiple filling possibilities
Dosing accuracy:
0.2 to 0.6 ml srel = ± 1.5
0.6 to 1 ml srel = ± 1.0
above 1 ml srel = ± 0.5 %.
Machine finish:
Total exterior in stainless steel (AISI 304) for easy cleaning, flanges on the machine table in anodised aluminium.
Power supply
230/400 V, 50 c/s, three-phase (or as required) electrical installation according to German standards
VDE 0113 corresponding to EN 60204/1
Safety regulations:
Complies with current safety standards for packaging machines and auxiliary equipment. Meets or exceeds OSHA standards.
Surface finish:
All parts of the machine in contact with the product are finished in 316 L stainless steel. Parts above the machine table are anodised aluminium, synthetic material and AISI 304 stainless steel.
