Designed and built to meet the most demanding requirements, it offers users a solution to all packaging, environmental and handling problems. All stations are easy to access and all movements are fully visible so that the line is very easy to clean. The product to be filled is not contaminated as there is a clear separation between the filling area and the surrounding mechanical parts. The unit is controlled by a microprocessor, the software is very simple and the machine is intuitive for the operator due to the very simple and clear control buttons.
The forming material can be PVC, PVDC, PE, laminated PVC, aluminium, PP, ACLAR etc. Cover material Aluminium, Aluminium Paper or PP. The forming speed is adjustable over a wide range. The machine is equipped with a metal detector installed upstream of the product loading hopper, a Dassi chilling unit and 13 different formats are available for the machine.
Flexa is a high-performance machine with a fully automatic cartoning cycle, complete with GUK folder and blister feeder. The machine can handle the cartoning of blisters, bottles (both plastic and glass), cosmetics, jars, inhalers, ampoules, vials and syringes, etc.
