This line has been fully over hauled with a full electrical upgrade and touchscreen PLC controls completed by IMA. The line comes complete with a vast quantity of spares and change parts as well as a chiller unit and all relevant manuals and documentation. Presently set up on ALU/PVC.

The TR130 is a versatile, extremely compact and economical blister packaging machine with the best product price/performance/quality ratio in its product category and is perfect for producing both large and small batches .

Its compact design and balcony-type structure make it extremely accessible, easy to use and allows a full view of the entire production cycle. Conforming to GMP principles and guidelines, the TR130 machine cables and other connections are housed inside the machine structure. There are no lubricated mechanical parts situated above the formed material area; electric motors are within the machine frame and all of the external surfaces of the machine are smooth.

In the TR130, changeover and cleaning operations are very simple and fast due to the machine's dimensions, accessibility, simple parts in fixed positions and digital indicators.
