The cartoning cycle is fully automatic and continuous motion. The main machine movements are protected by casing. Built into the push-button panel is an operator panel equipped with touch and LCD type monitor, function keys and numeric keypad. Checks are carried out on the products being packed to give maximum assurance of quality packages coming out of the machine. Its work process is adaptable to product specifications due to advanced electronic technology applied to case opening and product insertion. It can handle cartoning of bottles (both plastic and glass), cosmetics, jars, inhalers, ampoules, vials and syringes, etc. It gently opens any type of package and then inserts it into the transport system. The case is individually picked up by the suction cups and formed. It then receives the product to be packaged and the instruction leaflet. The pouch is closed by interlocking the flaps.
