Used IMA Farmomac F97 Filling and Capping monoblock

Liquid filling machine, for bottles, consisting of a monoblock with intermittent mechanical movements and automatic operation. The unit is suitable for handling any type of pharmaceutical or cosmetic product and for a wide range of container types and closures. With the ability to handle different types of products by means of specially designed closure units and to work with any type of closure, F97 fillers/tappers are machines of high versatility.

The machine with the exception of the basement is totally made of stainless steel. Bottles fed by conveyor belt enter the alveoli of the main working wheel. The filling phase is performed with syringes and valves that hold the product until it is pumped into the bottles through nozzles. Capping and closing operations take place with operating heads, and then the bottles are conveyed to the exit by a conveyor belt. The machine can be adapted extensively to disparate market needs. It generally consists of three dominant stages such as filling, capping and closing although its versatility can deal with very different types that allow great customization. The machine is designed for liquid packaging through the following work cycle: bottle feeding, bottle filling, cap placement, bottle/scrap outlet, bottle encasing. The unit is complete with rotary table model RT100 and vibrating cup. In addition, a spare 35 ml size is available.
