The EASY is an Automatic Machine designed and built to insert single and multiple products into a previously formed box. It also allows the insertion of service accessories, booklets, envelopes or flopacks together with the products. EASY can handle various types of boxes with different types of closure: interlocking with even and alternate flaps, without closure with wallet shape, with hot glue with four flaps, with glue on one side and interlocking on the other, with interlocking with even flaps with glue dots, with interlocking plus additional flap closed with glue. Easy guarantees the integrity of the packages. Even with products of extremely different shapes and sizes, adjustments and positioning of the formed parts can be carried out quickly and correctly thanks to compulsory slots and adjustment devices with digital position indication. The machine automatically monitors all stages of the packaging process, indicating any anomalies on the display and, if necessary, stopping the machine to allow control.

The operating flow of the EASY is as follows: from the carton magazine, the cartons are picked up individually by the suction cups and transferred to the forming sections. At the same time, the product to be packed arrives on the infeed conveyor. The formed carton is marked with the marker on the opposite side of the operator and receives the product with instructions from the carton magazine. The carton is closed by interlocking the flaps and exits the Easy System line. Cartons that do not comply with the checks during the packaging process are rejected by a special group.
EASY is equipped with a Blister Feeding System with intermittent motion model AK162, designed to introduce a series of products to be packaged that are pre-determined by the control logic of the cartoner. The operational flow of the AK162 FEEDER is as follows: the products arrive at the warehouse conveyed by a device upstream of the unit. The products are stacked, rotated by 90° and inserted into the drawer chain by means of pushers. A second pusher makes room for a second row of products which are inserted into the same drawer next to those previously inserted.
