Binding machine for the packaging of various products.

The machine is equipped with a self-holding manual stop. The presence of a body under the welding device or overlapping of the introductory group causes the machine to stop automatically, this is due to the microswitch. The welder is equipped with a teflon cap and is spring-loaded. The main motor includes a self-braking motor complete with expandable pulley for speed regulation, a gearbox with a pulley and fixed diameter with clutch joint, a chain for transmitting motion from the gearbox to the cam shaft. The batch input in the welding zone is carried out by the drive-up plate driven by a chain driven by a self-braking gear motor.
