Description*
The DS 100 dry sterilisation oven is used to sterilise and depyrogenise empty glassware or other glass or stainless steel packaging or containment material so that it can be introduced into the sterile room.
At the end of the sterilisation cycle, the material is therefore discharged through the door into the sterile rooms. Since the filters at the exit of the sterilisation chamber are absolute filters with a cold efficiency of 99.998 DOP method, during sterilisation the air circulating inside the trolleys is class 100 air. The filters used for this purpose are filters that continuously withstand a temperature of 240 degrees centigrade and therefore allow both dry sterilisation and depyrogenation.
During all the treatment phases, the pressure inside the oven is constantly kept positive compared to the external environment. At the end of the automatic sterilisation cycle, the dampers all close to isolate the oven from the outside while the ventilation continues to operate to maintain the internal overpressure, ensuring that the material is not contaminated.
Sterilisation time: 60 min for a temperature of 220 C and 75 min for a temperature of 200 C.
Cooling time to be set around 120 min.
See the attached instructions for the use of the timers, bearing in mind to always set MODE "A" and the value in MIN. The cooling time should be selected according to the experience gained from the type of load used and the temperature of the air sucked in.
